Refund Policy – Agra Cars Rental

At Agra Cars Rental, we strive to provide reliable and comfortable taxi services across Agra and beyond. We understand that plans can change, and our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
  • • Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
  • • Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 12–24 hours of the pickup time will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
  • • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time or in case of a no-show are non-refundable.
2. Refund for Service Issues

If your ride is significantly delayed due to service faults or if the vehicle provided does not match your booking (category or condition), you may be eligible for a partial or full refund upon investigation. Please contact our support team within 12 hours of your scheduled ride.

3. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days. The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.

5. Exceptions
  • • No refund is applicable for last-minute bookings (under 2 hours before ride).
